6th grade art
Sixth grade is a great age to teach art to, as students still have a confidence and willingness to explore a variety of ways to create. We use as many different media as we can get our hands on, to spur on greater interest for future endeavors in Art, specifically as an enticement to encourage the creation of a portfolio, which can be used to audition for the SCPA High School. Below are some samples of projects we're engaged in.

Middle School Students do a modified version of this drawing program my Master-Teacher, Keith Opstad, developed and trained me on, when I performed my student teaching in 2009. As an homage to Mr. Opstad, I call it "Opstadology," and am constantly adding to the Prezi I created, to help students.
